1Open Source & Free Tools
Many of the tools and scripts provided on Thang Le are open-source and free to use. Unless otherwise stated, they are licensed under the MIT License, which means you can use, modify, and distribute them freely, provided that the original copyright notice is included. We provide these tools "as is", without any warranty.
2Freelance & Consulting Services
- All freelance engagements require a clear statement of work and an agreed-upon timeline before development begins.
- A deposit may be required to secure scheduling and commence architectural planning.
- Revisions and scope changes during development may incur additional costs and timeline extensions.
3Intellectual Property & Source Code
Upon full payment for freelance services, the intellectual property rights and source code of the custom developed software are transferred to the client, unless agreed otherwise.
Custom Code
100% owned by you after final payment.
Reusable Modules
We retain rights to generic, non-business-specific boilerplate code.
4Liability & Warranty
Post-Launch Support
Custom projects typically include a 30-day bug-fix warranty period after deployment to ensure stability in production environments.
